Lead Flow Partners

Plumbing lead generation for service calls and planned jobs

Lead Flow Partners helps plumbing businesses define which inquiries fit their service area and crew availability. A drain backup and a planned repipe call for different questions and a different handoff.

What to ask before the handoff

Active problems
Capture the affected fixture or system, whether the problem is ongoing, and the customer’s ZIP code. Route time-sensitive inquiries through the dispatch process your team already uses.
Scheduled service
For fixture installations or water heater replacements, ask what is installed now, whether the customer already has the replacement, and when they want the work done.
Larger projects
For repipes or sewer work, ask what prompted the request, which property is involved, and whether an onsite assessment has already been arranged.

Set a dispatch window before accepting urgent inquiries

Write down the hours and ZIP codes your team can cover for urgent calls. If a homeowner reports a current leak outside that window, flag the urgency at handoff. A planned water heater replacement in the same ZIP code may still fit a later appointment.

Compare urgent calls and planned estimates separately

For urgent calls, track how many customers your team reached and dispatched. For planned jobs, also track estimates booked and jobs won. Review out-of-area and out-of-hours inquiries before changing lead volume.

Use the lead intake worksheet and the cost per booked estimate and won job calculator.
